Booth Information

Twelve-month license agreement offered for booth space in sheds and food carts in Market Square.
Monthly rent is structured for high season and low season.
Thirty day trial period offered to new vendors.

Daily/weekly rent fee is offered for retail carts in Market Square and Market Courtyard.

The booths are priced by size.
Small Booths are 5' x 5'.
Large Booths are 5' x 10'.
10' x 10' booths are available only if two side-by-side 5 x 10's are open.
Food Carts are 8' x 4'.
Retail Carts are 6' x 3'.
The Trolley Ticket/Visitor Center Cart is 6' by 4'.

  • Extremely High Traffic
  • Complete Lock-up with Security System
  • Credit Card & Data Port Lines available
  • Liability Insurance in Common Areas
  • Marketing / Advertising / Website
  • Chamber of Commerce Affiliation
  • Custom Tables and Lockers Provided
  • Private restroom for vendors
  • Public restrooms for your customers
  • Muzak system throughout
  • Full-time custodian
  • Electricity
